Come join us this weekend for Sexapalooza at the CE Centre, Hall 2!  
We are
grateful for the honour of being invited to take part in Sexapalooza as
the only visual arts feature present at the event. La Petite Mort  
will be
setting up an “Erotic Art Gallery” for the three-day extravaganza.

The event will take place at the following times at the CE Centre:
Friday, October 12th – 5pm - Midnight
Saturday, October 13th – Noon - Midnight
Sunday, October 14th – Noon - 5pm

For this event, La Petite Mort Gallery contemplates – what is  
‘erotica’?
The Gallery would like to propose a different take on both what it  
is, and
what it has the potential to be. This is perhaps a darker vision, but  
one
that maintains a sense of pleasure and satisfaction. Works present range
from Aleks Bartosik’s self empowering image, which pushes the  
boundaries
between control and violence, to Naiko Ivanenko’s bold  
interpretation of
the female form, as well as Francois Escalmel’s exquisite painted
depictions of carnal surrealism, alongside Matthew Stradling’s  
intimate
images of delicate violence and passion.

The artists who will be featured at La Petite Mort’s Erotic Art  
Gallery
are as follows: Francois Escalmel, Scott McEwan, Naiko Ivanenko, Aleks
Bartosik, Martin Douvil, Matthew Stradling, and Peter Shmelzer.
