Guitarist Michael Hull  to present a concert of contemporary and classic guitar literature

 

Peoria, IL (October 15, 2012) Guitarist Michael Hull will be joined by some very special guests as he presents a concert of contemporary and classic guitar literature on Sunday, October 28, at 3 p.m. in Dingeldine Music Center.

 

His solo repertoire features works by Fernando Sor, Francisco Tarrega and more. He will be joined for the program by Dr. Alison Robuck in a performance of Apostolos Paraskevas' work for oboe and guitar, titled “Invocation.”  Violinist Marcia Henry is featured in the Jeffrey Hoover piece American Tango.  Bradley junior Alex Tiethoff performs with Mr. Hull in the guitar duet Souvenir de Russie, by Fernando Sor.
