Road Gallery at 12 E. Stafford Ave in Worthington welcomes the exceptional art
work by The Collage of Women
Artists in a show they have titled
“ART TO FALL FOR.” The
show, chaired by Anastasia Horowitz, will run from October 24 to November 24
with a Gala Reception for the public to meet the artists on Sunday, November 4
from 2-4 PM.
The
mission of the group is to help
members grow in artistic excellence. The name reflects the varied
backgrounds of the Central Ohio based women. Many of the members are professional, award winning artists.
In
addition to the Collage members, the show includes several 3D artists. Tim Bachman is showing sculptures made from recycled computer
parts and other found objects, Linda Smith , Chris Powell and Becky Daly have
ceramics, Judy Vierow has prints
and cards made from her whimsical paintings, Bob Scheuneman is showing cast
sculptures. There will also be
jewelry , fiber and over glaze porcelain paintings.
