Designers & Books Fair 2012

Saturday, October 27 and Sunday, October 28
FIT's Haft Auditorium & Katie Murphy Amphitheatre
New York City

Designers & Books Fair 2012 presents a dynamic series of programs featuring speakers in a variety of design disciplines: architecture, fashion, graphic design, interior design, landscape architecture, product and industrial design, and urban design.

In addition there will be an exhibition hall featuring approximately 35 design book publishers and booksellers selling their newest titles at discounted prices: and also antiquarian dealers, authors signing books, and book artisans demonstrating calligraphy, book binding, and letterpress printing.

Designers & Books Fair 2012 is generously making available to the MFIT community a special "friends" discount to all Fair programs. This offer represents a discount of 40% or more off the listed advance-purchase ticket prices. All tickets include free admission to the exhibition hall ($10 value).

Please see the main Programs page on their website for a full description of all programs. To access your special discount, please follow the instructions given below for each individual program. You will need a separate discount ticket for each program you wish to attend and the discounts can only be obtained through the method below, not by purchasing through the Fair website.

Note: Purchasing a ticket to any program gives you complimentary access to the exhibition hall at the Fair on both Saturday, October 27, and Sunday, October 28. (John E. Reeves Great Hall)
