	Nicholas Pittman was born in Portland, OR, and studied painting with Neil Campbell and Peter Schuyff at Emily Carr in Vancouver BC.  For the past two years he has lived and worked in Los Angeles.  This is his second solo show in the city and first since 2006.  His warmth has been shown at Fourteen30 Contemporary in Portland and Blanket Gallery in Vancouver.
