Art News:
“THE
GREAT WAAL OF ART” will be
installed at High Road Gallery , 12 E. Stafford Ave in Worthington by the
members of the Worthington Area Art League for their exhibit from January 30 to February 23. The group will feature an exciting
array of different viewpoints and media. Sara Worthington and Valerie Aveni are co-chairing the show. Also included will be 3D works by
Blair Davis in wood, Kerry Bierman
in mixed media, Kate Disch with leather purses, Laurel Richardson repurposed books, Beth Amramovitz jewelry,
Jordan Smith boxes, and stained glass by Barbara Pfeiffer, Carol Cruickshank
and Gayle Howard. All are invited
to the free reception for Artists on Sunday February 3 from 2-4 PM when awards
will be given for winning works.
