This seminar recognizes that teaching photography in the 21st century offers many challenges and enhanced possibilities. How do we think about teaching and learning in respect to photography has an impact on the way students think and practice? How do we create learning environments that move beyond what we think photographs "should look like" to exploring the nature of the photographic experience and image making process?

Roberto Muffoletto holds an MFA from the Visual Studies Workshop, was founder and director of CEPA Gallery in Buffalo. He is past editor of Frame|Work (LACPS) and publisher/editor of "Camera Lucida". Roberto is the founder and director of VASA.
