March is starting out as quite a busy month!
I'd like to invite you to view the Hiernamaals | Hereafter exhibition at Slee Gallery, 101 Dorp Street, Stellenbosch. I am exhibiting there alongside amazing artists such as Strijdom van der Merwe, Anni Snyman, Jan van der Merwe, Simon Bannister and Andrew van der Merwe, to name just a few! The works are inspiring and thought-provoking, definitely worth a trip to Stellenbosch. The limited edition catalogue is also for sale at R150, and all proceeds goes towards funding the second Site_Specific International Land Art Biennale, happening in Plettenberg Bay in August 2013. Go and view some of the photographs I took on my Facebook art page, and you can see some photographs of the artworks on the exhibition event page.
Me next to my artwork entitled "Siklus", which is on exhibit at Slee Gallery at the moment. Right: detail of the artwork.
I would also like to invite you to the opening of the brand new StateoftheART exhibition gallery at 61 Shortmarket Street in Cape Town, as a collaboration with G2 Art Gallery. The opening is at 5pm on Thursday, 7 March 2013, and forms part of Cape Town's First Thursdays initiative. You can view four of my recently framed Nuances prints at the gallery, alongside works by other artists from www.StateoftheART.co.za such as Floris van Zyl, Catherine Ocholla and Gary Frier.
I hope to see you there!

Thank you
to everyone who supports me and my work in some way - whether it is through your words, friendship, love, advice, money, or thoughts. Without you I would not be where and who I am today. It is only through others that we are able to fully realize our dreams and goals, and I deeply appreciate all the help and endless encouragement that I receive from so many people. I am truly blessed.
