Currently at Galerie Ernst Hilger
Erró - After Picasso
The exhibition
is ongoing until June 1st, 2013.
Erró counts
as one of the great pioneers of 20th-century art. In the past 50 years,
the Icelandic artist has created a unique body of work which defies
all categorization and has lost none of its resonance. His work
received special recognition at the solo exhibitions
Erró: From Mao to Madonna, first shown in
1996 in Vienna, in the Museum of Modern Art Foundation Ludwig Palais
Liechtenstein, MMK, under the direction of Lóránd Hegyi, as
well as in 2010 with Erró: 50 ans de collages in the
Graphic Art Gallery at the Centre Pompidou, Paris.
