Paris Photo Los Angeles will also feature
screenings of works created using the moving image. The addition of the
moving image to Paris Photo Los Angeles allows for the exploration of a
variety of artistic approaches, thus expanding on the conceptual
understanding of the photograph. A series of films and videos will showcase
young practitioners in the field and focus on fallen masters of
experimental cinema. The Screenings are part of the "Sound and Vision"
Public Program, and are curated by Douglas Fogle.
