Lawrence gallery is honored to host a very special reception for Madame Christine Argillet. Please attend this important art history event to meet Christine Argillet in a reception held in her honor on May 4th and 5th from 1:00 - 4:00 PM at the Sheridan location of Lawrence gallery.
Madame Argillet is the curator of the only direct archive to the fifty-year-long collaborative efforts of Salvador Dali and her father, Pierre Argillet. Arriving with her will be two Aubusson tapestries depicting images of Dali's works, as well a sculpture never before shown outside of the Museum of Surrealism near Paris.

Pierre Argillet was Dali's close friend and publisher for more than 50 years. This collection demonstrates the highest quality standards of provenance. This very personal archive of Dali's finest watercolors, etchings and tapestries have appeared in the best-known museums in the world - including notable ones in Rotterdam, Moskow, Zurich, Tokyo, France, Spain, and Armenia.

Lawrence Gallery presents this very rare collection of over 50 works on display, and for sale, at the Sheridan Wine Country location. Oregonians will be able to visit and hear about Madame Argillet's personal first-hand experiences with Salvador Dali on May 4th and 5th from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Admission is free.
Wine Tasting by Coleman Vineyard is complimentary.
