"For the past year the creative process has taken me on a journey of change and artistic growth.  As an artist I feel the challenge to explore the possibilities of new art forms.  While staying true to aqua media, I have added the elements of collage and acrylic to my work as well as watercolor."

"I have been painting since I was a young girl. When I was young I painted what I saw. Today I am painting what I feel, thick paint, course brush strokes, bold colors, intuitive and painterly having a spiritual element."

"Kumbaya" is a group of thirty three oil paintings inspired by the simple lives of the 'Sisters of Saint Joseph' and their summer lives at Saint Mary's Retreat House in Cape May Point, NJ. Their lives seen through the eyes of a painter in mission."
