Monthly Do: Become a Guardian
12noon - 1.30pm and 2pm – 3.30pm


This Sunday, alongside the exhibition Common Knowledge, join UP Projects for an interactive workshop empowering children to become Guardians of their local green spaces.  Explore and observe the nature around you.  Activities include a micro hike of discovery and meet a tree!

Free, but booking essential: call 0207 377 9677 or email bethan@upprojects.com.  All children must be accompanied by an adult. Aimed at 7-8 year olds.
Last Chance to see the exhibition Common Knowledge
Until Sunday 19th May

The exhibition Common Knowledge will be closing on Sunday 19th May.  This exhibition presents the work of the Guardians of Common Knowledge, a group of local young people, who have been working with artist Jacques Nimki. 
Through a series of multimedia artworks, this exhibition illustrates their ongoing research into one of London’s most unique green spaces, Tooting Bec Common. Guardians of Common Knowledge are Tejui Parajiea, Joe Herley, Jess Gell, Hamza Javaid and Catherine Parkes.
Common Knowledge is part of Wandsworth Arts Festival and Fringe, on from the 3 - 19th May.

Sunday Socials: Artist Led workshop

Alongside the exhibition Inspirational Objects: Nature as Designer, the first floor has become an ongoing workshop space.  On Sunday 26th May, join artist Ella Robinson for a free drop in workshop for all ages, and create your own inspirational object.

Inspirational Objects: Nature as Designer is on until 16th June and is part of Wandsworth Arts Festival and Fringe.
