Opening Tomorrow: Post-War and Contemporary Art in New York

I wanted to share with you the link to an amazing video that we have created for Jackson Pollock's seminal drip painting, "Number Nineteen", 1948, one of the highlight of the Post-War and Contemporary Evening sale on May 15th in New York. You can watch Pollock share his vision in his own words and paint the great drip pictures that changed art history forever.

"Number Nineteen" was singled out by legendary critic Clement Greenberg in 1949, along with MoMA's "Number One", as a picture "more than enough to justify that Pollock is the major painter of our time".
