The
8 x 8 PHOTO PARTY is less than one week away! Our call for entries for the 8 x 8 exhibition and sale gathered 375 fabulous photographs from around the world -- including 13 countries, 30 states, and nearly 200 from the Pittsburgh region!
Check out the submissions on our Facebook page and pick your favorite to purchase before the event! This photo exhibition is sure to be the most unique you have ever seen in Pittsburgh.
Join us at 7 pm for the Not So Square Cocktail Reception, which includes an hour of delicious, light hors d'oeuvres provided by Square Café and cocktails by Wigle Whiskey. You'll also be able to purchase great artwork from the 8 x 8 exhibition (only $20 per photo) before the crowds arrive!
At 8 pm, the event swings into high gear with the electrifying beats of DJ Nate Da Phat Barber, a sampling of food, wine, beer, and spirits from top local restaurants and purveyors, a vintage-themed photo booth, and much more.
As we prepare for the 8 x 8 PHOTO PARTY, the exhibition currently on view, Continuum: Doug DuBois & Aaron Blum will be closed Tuesday, May 14 through Friday, May 17. The exhibition will reopen to the public on Saturday, May 18 and is extended through July 20. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 12 noon to 6 pm.
All proceeds from the 8 x 8 PHOTO PARTY directly benefit Silver Eye Center for Photography, Pittsburgh's nationally-acclaimed non-profit space for contemporary photography.

Event Tickets
Advance tickets are $25 for the Not So Square cocktail reception from 7 - 8 pm, and includes the cost of admission for the rest of the evening. General admission tickets can be purchased in advance for $15.
Tickets can be purchased online until 12 noon on the day of the event here.
Tickets will be available at the door on the night of the event. The Not So Square Cocktail Reception (from 7 - 8 pm) is available for $25 and General admission (beginning at 8 pm) is available for $20.
