Using a wide array of media, campers will have the opportunity to paint, photograph, draw, sculpt and explore other forms of 2D and 3D art making techniques. In this summer camp we’ll learn what Public Art is and what it can do. From traditional forms of sculpture to contemporary sound installations, from temporary posters to large-scale water features, and from graffiti to commissioned murals, we’ll learn about the rich history and great diversity of public art. Throughout the five days we’ll work individually and collaboratively to create public art pieces to be displayed in Galt Gardens on the last day of camp. Learn more.
