Road Gallery , 12 E Stafford Ave in Worthington, is delighted to exhibit THE PURE PIGMENT OF PASTEL by artists sponsored by the Ohio Pastels Artists League (OPAL) dedicated
to exploring the rich and varied medium of pastel. Because the pastels are pure pigment ,they keep their vivid
colors for hundreds of years.
Co- Chairs of the show are
Chris Hall, Diane Ruck, Katie Fowle and Nancy Vance. Show dates are May 29 through June 22 and all are invited to
the free Artists Reception on
Sunday, June 2, from 2-4 PM.
Michael McEwan will judge the show for prizes to be awarded at the
reception.
Joining the
pastel artists will be Gary Hovey with sculpture made from flatware, jewelry by the Artisan’s Guild of
Central Ohio, turned wood by Michael Hughes, ceramics by Royce Hildebrand and and garden stakes by Lisa Craddock.
