This weekend hosts the Derbyshire Open Arts where many artists open their studios and homes to the public to showcase their work. Just about every 'ism..' is available to view. The event itself is a major crowd puller with hundreds of thousands visiting Derbyshire specifically to see what is on offer - either to buy or be inspired.
Whitepeaks is taking part this year as last, and we will be exhibiting the work of local and not-so-local artists such as Steven McLoughlin, Keith Maiden, Colin Halliday, Jenny Mather, Andrew Forkner, Andrew Hutchinson, Simon Parkin, Rebecca Mercer and Mike Green.
Steven McLouhlin has very kindly offered to demonstrate and be available for advice on both the Saturday and the Sunday from 10.00am each day.
