From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Gibbes Museum is one of more than 1,800 American museums to offer free admission to military personnel and their families in collaboration with the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, and the Department of Defense.

Gibbes Summer Art Camp Has Begun!

The first week of summer art camp at the museum has kicked off with Traditonal Printmaking for 4 - 7 year old budding artists! Tomorrow they will head outdoors in search of leaves and sticks to use in their printmaking process.

Week-long sessions continue through August 2, from

9am - 12noon for children ages 4 - 7 and 8 - 12.

$175 Museum Members, $200 Non-Members per week.

Classes will be held across from the museum at the Circular Congregational Church. Campers will meet at the Gibbes each morning.
