Laatste weken Slow Burn
her te
mogelijkheden.
Volkskrant: “Zelden zo’n geslaagde combinatie gezien
van kunst, ruimte en tijd.”
Metropolis M: “Slow Burn is een heel goede tentoonstelling,
een slimme selectie, afgemeten en precies.”
Bezoekers stralen.

Last weeks Slow Burn
In 2013 Fundament Foundation, which has received international acclaim
for its recurrent editions of
Lustwarande at De Oude Warande, a park in Tilburg
(NL),
focusses on the redevelopment of Tilburg’s railway
zone.
Until June 23, the international exhibition Slow Burn
– an index of possibilities
takes
place in the former locomotive depot, one hundred and
fifty years after the start of
the construction of the
railway depots in Tilburg.
Slow
Burn centres around two themes that can be considered characteristic of both
developments in contemporary art and
the redevelopment of the railway zone: time
and entropy.
The show features works by thirteen artists,
most of which have been specially created for this
exhibition.
National newspaper Volkskrant rates four stars out of five:
“Rarely seen such a successful combination of art, space and
time."
Art magazine Metropolis M: "A very good exhibition, a smart
selection, measured and precise."
Visitors shine. Seeing Slow Burn is not just visiting an
exhibition. It’s an exceptional experience, unique in current
times.
