For the past 25 years, Paturel has worked as a leading figure in the world of architectural representation creating more than 3000 images commissioned by visionary international architects such as Thomas Phifer, Sou Fujimoto and Didier Faustino. 3 years ago, as his father became suddenly ill, Paturel abruptly turned to painting for its unique physical, direct and analogical qualities. Under Construction presents this new body of work curated by Philippe Achar and that investigates unexplored dimensions of urban landscapes.
