High Line Art Dinner
Tickets are now on sale for the first-ever High Line Art Dinner, taking place on the High Line on Wednesday, September 18, 2013. The dinner's proceeds will help us sustain this incredible public art program and the park we cherish.
This event will be a one-of-a-kind experience - the first dinner to take place on the High Line since we opened in 2009 - featuring sunset cocktails on the Diller-von Furstenberg Sundeck, an intimate, open-air, seated dinner for 200 guests under the cover of the Chelsea Market Passage, and a special performance conceived by artist Pablo Bronstein, featuring a ballerina perched atop a 30-foot palm tree.
The High Line Art Dinner will celebrate our commitment to expanding the role of contemporary art in the life of public spaces, pushing the limits of what public art can be. Your support of this event will provide essential leadership in our efforts to sustain the High Line Art program and create opportunities for artists to realize ambitious projects and for the millions of people who visit the High Line every year to engage with today's best contemporary art.
