This year we are turning 40!
Be a part of our creative journey by supporting our appeal
Established in 1973, the Australian Centre for Photography will be celebrating it's 40th Birthday in late 2013. As a not-for-profit organisation offering free public access to our gallery and a national platform for artists, we rely on the generosity of the community to help support our work in the exhibition, education and publication of photography.
The state and federal governments provide us with 40 percent of our annual funding. The remaining 60 percent is generated by the ACP and through generous public donations.
In recognition of ACP's 40 years as a leading Australian contemporary arts organisation, we invite you to join us in ensuring we can continue to bring challenging new exhibition programming, publications and courses to the public by contributing to our 40th Birthday Appeal. We aim to raise funds between June and September 2013, to support our current exhibition, education and publishing projects.
Your contribution, no matter the size, will help to support the development and commissioning of original, innovative programming, bringing concepts off the drawing board and into the gallery as well as sustaining our education and publishing programs.
All proceeds raised will go towards supporting the Australian Centre for Photography activities as it enters into it's fifth decade of creative evolution and excellence.
We look forward to continuing on this extraordinary creative journey with you!
Kind regards,
Kon Gouriotis OAM
Director
