FOR TEENS Free-Form Sculptures Put your imagination into high gear to create an abstract sculpture inspired by glass artist, Dale Chihuly. Use heated, transparent, polyester film to cut and manipulate into your own unique creation. You will be amazed at the finished project. FOR ADULTS Tiny Treasure Boxes Use your big imagination to create small, unique boxes from mat board and beautiful papers. These miniature works of art have a little drawer to store your favorite trinkets and an accordion-style top for added visual interest. These tiny treasures are so tremendous you may want two! Collages and Coffee Explore color theory and shape while creating a one-of-a-kind abstract collage. Assemble a unique work of art by using copies of images from MONA's permanent collection and hand-made, dyed papers. Fuel your creativity with coffee and cookies. Perfecting Pastels Learn the secrets to creating beautiful landscapes using soft pastel chalks. Artist Virginia Wattles shares her knowledge on value, color, composition, and editing to help you create a masterful work of art.
