• There are no fees to submit.

ENTRY PROCESS

• Email 1 - 5 works as .JPG attachments to: submissions@silvereye.org.

• Include: Name of Artist, Title, Date, and Dimensions (with and without frame, height by width format) of Work in the email body for all attached images.

• Include phone number in email body.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS

• Monday, July 15, 2013, 11:59:59 pm EST.

REGULATIONS

• All photographs must be taken at the Carrie Blast Furnaces.

• All photographs submitted must be ready for professional display by the artist at the time of drop-off at Silver Eye Center for Photography.

• Selected works will need to be delivered on Tuesday, July 20 or Tuesday, July 23, 8:00 - 6:00 pm, and picked up on Tuesday, September 3, 8:00 - 6:00 pm, at Silver Eye Center for Photography. These dates are subject to change at the discretion of the Exhibition Coordinator.

USE OF IMAGES/COPYRIGHT

• By submitting your photograph, you declare that you are the authorized holder of the copyright (or authorized by the holder) to submit a photograph to the Carrie Furnaces exhibition.

• By submitting your photograph, you further guarantee that, to the best of your knowledge, no third party can claim rights or raise objections to the exhibition, publication, distribution, and sale of the material submitted.

• By submitting your photograph, you permit Silver Eye Center for Photography to use your work for marketing and promotional purposes directly related to the Carrie Furnaces exhibition. This may include, but is not limited to, print and online publications, press releases, announcements, stories, social media, and advertising.

• The artist retains all copyright for their artwork.
