QUILT APPRAISALS
Do you have a beautiful quilt -- your own or a treasured heirloom -- that you would like appraised for insurance or sale? Have it done during the festival. Appraisals will be available all 3 days, August 8-10. [Saturday appraisals by appointment only. Email quiltsappraised@comcast.net.]
Your quilt will be examined by certified quilt appraisor Julie Crossland. Each appraisal takes about 30 minutes and in most cases, results are delivered immediately. If more research is required or if you are not present during the appraisal, your results will be sent within 2 weeks.
Pre-registration is recommended. Print off the Quilt Appraisal form found at this link, complete, then scan and email it to quiltsappraised@comcast.net. You may also wish to mail it to 5 Harvest View Circle, Hudson, NH 03051 (although time is tight for snail mail) or bring your paperwork with you.
For more information on appraisals, visit the Lowell Quilt Festival website.
