Artists Describing Their Art:
Marina Venediktova - My name is Marina Venediktova. I was born in 1974 in the Russian city of Kazan. My father is a professional artist and designer. It is difficult for me to track the moment in the past when painting first captured my attention, apparently from the first days of my life . I always studied with my father, and then graduated from an art school in the city of Kazan, later in 2007 I moved to live in St. Petersburg and practiced for many years in private workshops with artists of the Art Academy of St. Petersburg. As a second education, there was a graduation from the Academy of Astrology, and a large practice of consulting clients. Since then, more than six years have passed, and it was astrology that gave me that unique accent in my paintings, inspired me to a new stage of my work. Now I do not just look at the world, at people, I see them with my own eyes, I see the uniqueness of each person, each soul, even if it is an inanimate object. But words are too stingy to describe it, so I chose my own language-the language of canvas and paint. I ...

Tatiana Siedlova - To me this transient existence between two worlds seems to evokes a deep almost spiritual yearning for ideals and wholeness. I believe we all live through this in our own way, and each strive for different ideals of perfection which can never be reached. Religion, beauty, love, sex, success, popularity, material possessions etc. all provide a set of ideals for us to strive towards in an attempt to feel complete. We are swept along in the ever-changing moment on a journey which ultimately leads to death. We are discontinuous beings yearning for continuity aEUR" looking for certainty within the fluid ever aEUR" changing experience of life. ...
George Mulaudzi - In my art, I like to capture the beauty in mundane places objects, and faces. I use 1 medium though my paintings are versatile, beyond time and place allows me to express different ideas. Most of my paintings are from the imagination though motivated by things around me which I use art as a way to transform and elevate them, the simple yet sublime. I am in constant search of the best way to interpret the ideas that I have about myself and the world I live in. I do not limit myself to one concept or style, inspiration and ideas change. Each piece I create is a simultaneous extension from the past, where I come from, and what I have learned, as well as a preview of the future, where I am going....

Dmitri Ivnitski - I am artist and scientist living in Florida. Painting has always been a central part of my identity as a human being. I am drawn to bold, vibrant colors to create paintings that express my love and passion for life. My paintings are realistic, impressionistic and pop in style. Color plays a major role in my life. My inspiration comes from shining sunsets, charming forests and colorful floral fields. By using oils I work the canvas with brushes to create strokes with lots of texture. I offer original paintings as well as limited edition prints. In 2017-2019, my artworks have shown in numerous Art shows and been chosen twice as a winner in Art Competition, sponsored by Hallandale Cultural Community Center and Jazz Fest Poster Contest, Sunny Isles BCH, Florida. In 2017 and 2019 I had Solo Exhibition. My other passion is a science. I am author of 110 scientific articles, 4 chapters in books, and several patents. This year I have started to use an acrylic painting. I found acrylics gave me great flexibility, thin transparent washes like watercolors enabling me to build up multiple layers of color and thick impasto swathes creating texture and movement. All my ...
Mr. Dill - Art has the power to communicate on the deepest levels. The vibration of a space can be raised or lowered depending on the conversation a particular piece may arouse. I strive to initiate that conversation. This seems to be a time for intense color blends and interaction. I'm fascinated by this and it attracts my eye when I see this in art or nature....
