OUR FEATHERED FRIENDS:
I have come to love painting birds and think that I have captured not only the colours and features, but also the character of many of them. We have over 50 species visit our property in the Southern tablelands of NSW and they range in size from the tiny wrens and finches through to large birds such as egrets, spoonbills, sea eagles and the great wedgetail eagle. SOME PORTRAITS OF CHILDREN:
I paint portraits by commission and many of these may be seen on this site.My subjects have ranged from babies through to elderly people. Where possible I like to have at least one sitting for sketches and photos, but if distance is too great, I can do portraits from photos. Sometimes photos are the only way, as in the case of clients wanting a portrait done of a deceased loved one.
