Artist Statement:
I have been doing color
photography since 1995. I am
very attracted by textures and
graphism. I began by capturing
trees, barks, and flowers,
mainly using macro
photography. My current work
focuses more on urban
textures, the relations
between nature and
urbanization, as well as
architectural subjects. I also
get inspired by images
especially of the natural
environment, where abstract
and figurative intermingle,
where
reality and imagination
interact....
