Artwork Description:

This double painting is my homage to one of the giants of 20-th Century avant-garde, Vladimir Tatlin, whose famous larger than life sculpture, the Tower, remains a great inspiration to me. I consider my quite numerous Tatlings, both two and three dimensional, a follow-up to his ideas a century after. See an image of this collection in the residential environment. The media of this work is acrylic and ink on translucent drafting film, which provides an opportunity to work on both sides of it. This collection has been conceived as a diptych.
