Artwork Description:

This is a first of many to come of this series. This panel represents the destruction and looting of Indigenous Art and Culture in the middle-east. It is a collection of Australian Aboriginal, Middle-Eastern and ancient cultures of European history. The face is of a young man called Regan, who's background is Irish and Assyrian, he is the brother of my God-daughter Taylor. My journey into the world ancient cultures has always fascinated me in several way, as I am passionate in Ancient and Modern History, it teaches me about our Homo-sapien breed and their impact throughout history and beyond. As I write this, we are losing ancient cultures such as Orang Asli which are the Indigenous people of Malaysia, the term Orang-Asli translates to "First People", in malay language. My aim is to bring to the public the damage being committed to ancient cultures not just the Middle-East but the world over. Mesopotamia, now called Iraq, is the birth place of tribes such as the Sumerian, Chaldean, Assyrian, Babylonian, Akkadian, Yazidi and more. As I write this we have already lost ancient art to highest possible level, this Art belongs to all humanity and should not have happened, but world politics has taken root and it has already damaged many ancient materials beyond repairs. I only owe my talent to represent all Indigenous Cultures of the world as an Artist and Craftsman to bring to the viewer that we are all one, and it is quite sad to destroy all manner of mankind's history through petty mindedness using Religion for reason of justification. Enjoy!
