July 10,2017-July 11,2014-- brush selects now.. eliminates smaller forms.. and many bright hues .. chooses soft grey tones.. blues.. colors of skies and waters..'air'�distance.. and 'here'�textures pronounced.. wish now.. I had paint this beautiful work on stretched canvas.. but then.. can still be mounted various ways without frame.. or with.. hmmm.. interesting thought�the possibilities.. reminds me of my many years working in Fontana Art Association Gallery.. and one of my favorite tasks was the framing.. learned a lot ...
