Quick and easy access to view and send messages from your artist friends/colleagues. See how many messages are waiting for you each time you login. Emails from your online artists friends will also be posted here. Just click on the "send email" option of any of your friends to send them a message. Now you can use our internal email system to chat with other artists without ever leaving your personal portfolio dashboard!

Get Connected

Make sure you have filled in your biography details in your portfolio manager. Allow other artists to find you when searching for similar interest! Login to your absolutearts.com portfolio and click "update" under the "biography" section. We are very excited to be able to bring people together within our online art community!

Add a Photo of Yourself

The photo you post under your "profile" section will be displayed on other members portfolio dashboard. Login to your portfolio manager and look for the blue text that says "upload a photo of yourself". The upload process is very similar to the artwork upload process, however the image for this section should be smaller.

Tips on how to find and add your friends to your dashboard

You can start finding friends on absolutearts.com a number of ways. First when you are logged into your absolutearts.com portfolio you can search for artists with similar interests right from your dashboard. Type in your favorite hobby and see what other artists also enjoy it. See what other hobbies they list and add them as a friend or send them a message. While you're logged into your portfolio manager you can go to any absolutearts.com portfolio page and add friends without logging in again.

When you're looking around anywhere on absolutearts.com, while not logged in, each artist has an option to "Add to my favorite artists" under their contact details on their portfolio page. When you click here you need to enter your login and password details to your artist portfolio. Now, they are added to your friends and you can either go straight to your dashboard or "cancel" and continue looking around absolutearts.com. Once you have logged in once, you can navigate around absolutearts.com and continue to add new friends. The next time you login to your portfolio manager, you'll see your new friends in your dashboard!
