Taking delight in fooling the
viewer’s eye, I specialize in
trompe l’oeil designs so
realistic that they beg a
second glance.

I paint exclusively in
acrylics on wood panels (Room
Dividers). Most of my trompe
l'oeil paintings are
still-lifes, dealing with
objects small enough to be
represented in their natural
size. In my work I have a
tendency to emphasize wood
paneling and its grain, drapes
and a bunching of objects. I
try to achieve realism in my
work without letting the
viewer forget ...
