Artist Statement:
I loved creating art as early
as I can remember, and decided
to become an artist at the age
of five. My purpose for
painting is drawn from the
wellspring of desiring to
create a metaphor in visual
terms of a bridge from the
mundane to the expansiveness
of the spirit. Though my
subject matter encompasses
many venues, the thread that
is woven through them all is
the intent to elevate the
energy in each work so that it
serves as a gift to the viewer
to take with them to unlock
their creative view of the
richness of the world around
