Artist Statement:
I was born in 1957 in
Boulder Colorado. Where I also
grew up. I graduated from
Fairview HS in 1976. I have
training in welding, heavy
equipment operation and
running a water treatment
plant.
I am self taught in
photography, digital art,
sculpture and woodworking.
I began showing in 2003 and
decided to get serious in
2005. I retired from the city
of Broomfield in December of
2005 so I would have the time
I wanted to make art. At the
present time I'm looking for
some thing part-time.
I am working in digitally
manipulated photography,
digital drawing and
sculpture.I also build small
tables from figured native
woods.
For me art is expression. I
am not trying to make any
social or political statement.
I am just expressing my small
inner voice....
