Artist Statement:
I am a freelance illustrator, working primarily in scratchboard, a versatile medium that can achieve anything from a painterly effect to that of an oldtime engraving or woodcut. My personal style is somewhat reminiscent of modern illustrators such as Mark Summers, Douglas Smith, or Trudy Nicholson. I enjoy portraiture as well, both in scratchboard and in pen & ink, examples of which can be seen at my web site, www.scratchboardfiend.com. Those interested in hourly rates and other related matters are encouraged to get in touch with me via the web site or the phone < listed here. Thanks!...
