Modesto Padilla was born in
Ponce, Puerto Rico in 1952.
Raised as an Army dependent,
he had the opportunity to
travel the world. Educated in
Texas, he attained a Bachelor
of Science in Industrial Arts
in 1976 and a Bachelor of
Architecture in 1980.
