Artist Statement:
A thematic celebration of color is encompassed within the dynamic nature portfolio of photographer, Michael Warwick. Michael's work in professional nature photography can be best described as "photographs which truly represent the environment." The creative style and spectacular color and compositions in Michael's portfolio give his images a voice which speak on behalf of the environment, and not just about it.
Michael's work in professional nature photography began in the 1990's in his home state of California.
The work in Michael's portfolio has been exhibited in numerous galleries and museums during the past few years, and it has been published in magazines as far away as Europe. Sierra Heritage magazine (in California) has been featuring Michael's work for the past two years as well.
