Artist Statement for Aaron Gosser
|
|
|
Aaron Gosser holds a BA in Fine Art from Goshen College, Goshen, IN & has worked throughout the Midwestern United States & Europe, developing his craft from Plein Air Realism to Abstract Expressionism.
Close color harmonies & dueling opposites speak to a colorist’s affection for his tightly ordered pallet. Line & form, positive & negative take center stage in these spatial laboratories, flickering back & forth in the pictorial plane, as they push figure & structure to the far extremes of dimension.
Aaron’s work is apart of both public & private collections in the United States & Europe.
