Artist Statement:
have always enjoyed exploring
simple forms defined by the
intersection of straight
lines. My challenge has been
to present fine craft and
contemporary pieces that are
generally appealing and yet
evoke a personal response.
Although I work mostly with
wood because of its universal
appeal and natural variations,
I incorporate various metals
and found objects into my work
as a way of complementing and
drawing attention to the basic
shapes.
My work to date includes open
and closed vessels, teapots,
and wall art. Several of my
works have found their way
into personal and corporate
collections. A number of my
teapots are in the permanent
collection of The Kamm Teapot
Foundation. I hope you find a

your collection or give as a
gift.
