Artist Statement for Ajoy Prabhu
|
|
|
Ajoy Prabhu works in fine art, nature and portrait photography. Portraits created by him bring forth a fresh perspective on often viewed, but seldom noticed, subjects. Viewers see the perfection in his photos. Although never digitally altered, his nature images are often mistaken for paintings.
While his background in pathology and business development keeps the left side of his brain active, photography and the visual arts stimulate the right. His work has been recognized as award winning and has been exhibited in a variety of venues. He has also done assignments for TV and trade shows.
