| Your Personal Biography |
Handicapped watercolor painter and photographer Alan Casey creates original landscape and nature images for decorating homes, offices and corporate facilities. His work is exhibited in galleries and juried art shows throughout the Southeastern United States. His photographs have been published in national magazines, newspapers, and periodicals. Both his photographs and his watercolor paintings have become a part of numerous corporate and private collections internationally.
Alan was stricken with extreme rheumatoid arthritis 35 years ago at age 20. This debilitating disease progressed quickly, severely limiting Alan's use of his hands, arms and legs. Although handicapped, his passion for watercolor painting and photography would not be limited by his affliction. Alan runs his Marietta, Georgia painting and photography studio, producing beautiful décor images and photographing commercial assignments. His commercial clients include such companies as the Bank of America, Nabisco Foods, Road & Track Magazine, Guide To Georgia Magazine and Fox Television, who has selected Alan’s photographs to use as set decorations for the hit television show “Prison Break”.
