Born in 1924 in Kushur Village in Chita region, Russia
1939-1941 - studied in M. A. Vrubel Omsk Art College
1946-1949 - studied in Irkutsk Art College
1949-1955 - studied in the State Art Academy of Latvia at the painting
department
1957 - became a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR
1976 - became the head of the Ulyanovsk department of the Russian Union of
Artists
1977 - was conferred the rank of Honored Artist of Russian Soviet Federative
Socialist Republic
1982 - was rewarded with Silver Medal of the USSR
1984 - was conferred the rank of People's artist of Russia (the highest rank
in art hierarchy)
2002 - became an Honored Citizen of Ulyanovsk
1974 - personal exhibition in Ulyanovsk
1987 - personal exhibition in Moscow
Deceased in 2005 |
