Never for a moment has Alina lowered her sights by trying simply to recreate nature; rather she is constantly drawing on her unique style, which is an intrinsic reflection of painting itself.
...
The universe surging from her brushes appears governed by the canons of a serene vision, arranged within parameters that could reduce painting to symbols with no relation to reality, while re-creating the illusion of a space and a time deeply bound to nature; thus the living, enigmatic microcosm of Alina's painting is immediately striking, eschewing narrative intent... like the echo of an indecipherable but disconcerting message.
