Artist Statement:
I am a ceramist-sculptor.
I acquired technical and
technological knowledge in the
most important Italian
traditional ceramic
centres,from wheel making to
ceramic chemistry,
from Art Institutes to
Academies,from Workshops to
Studios.
I also consider myself as a
pupil of the the Great Pioneer
Nino Caruso...who took
ceramics out the workshops to
the squares and schools...
I also consider myself as son
of the British "Arts and
Crafts",of the professional
handicraft and its ethical and
creative value...
I believe in planning.
I believe in intelligence and
in beauty,they can both awake
human being from an
existentialist decay to an
awareness of the strength of
the life.
I am an over forty-year-old
man living in East
Lombardy,Italy.
