ANGELA KERBEL uses pure and saturated color. She brings the reminiscense of Byzantine mozaics to the modern art. Her work is characterized by bright, pure and saturated color. She seeks the subjectivitiy and interpretation of color combination based on the chroma and its expressional values. The color sensation she achieves is used to delight the viewers eye and is presented in hues and values. She attains tridimensional illusion of familiar images from the real world through "pieces of color".
