Artist Statement for Angelique Wright

Wear (wer) wear'a-ble adj.to bear on the body
_____________________________________________
Sometimes... what has meaning and is considered
beautiful in aesthetics of deemed fine art is
not always placed on a wall or a pedestal. The
human body is one of the beautiful things nature
has produced. The ability to evoke human emotions
from a worn piece should be considered as aesthetic
as any painting or sculpture. No sound has to come
from him or her, but emotions are suggested in the
aura of the wearer.
_____________________________________________
Half the controversies and misunderstandings that
arise come about because people attach different
images to the same words to represent the same images
