All of my subject matter is
from my environment.
Sometimes I see a face or

lighting, by interesting
objects and beautiful scenes.

Exhibitions for Anji Worton:

I had three solo exhibitions at the Pegasus Gallery in Jamaica in the 90's. Most of my paintings were in watercolours. The Gallery Pegasus always has a few of my paintings for sale.
I took a break from painting to teach art. I developed my own curriculum and coached several teenagers for their art exams. I found teaching very rewarding and also time consuming, especially when I worked full time and had other duties at the school where I worked.
I am working in oils AND watercolours now and I am planning a show in Jamaica for 2008.
I am also currently exhibiting at the Jamaica Guild of Artists Gallery at the Oakton House in Kingston Jamaica.
A Jamaica Guild of artists members and myself had a show in July which was a great success.
