| Your Personal Biography |
Hello,I'm Ann L. DuBois an East Coast Artist who paints nature with passion and reverence. My father was a very renowned scupture,Charles Stephen DuBois and my mother ,Josephine Shaw, was a very successful women's sports cloths designer. They were very supportive of my interests. I married a physician and he became totally disabled due to an accident ten years into our marraige. Leaving me as the working mother of three young children. As a means of obtaining steady employment with benefits I studied Psychology and became an Art Therapist for NY State. In time as my children grew I became, very happily, able to return to painting full time. I now live most of the time in the Catskills and part time in Manhatten. |
